Connecting a Community: Analyzing Feminist Perspectives on Miami University's Campus

Abstract

This presentation centers about research on whether or not the Miami student population considers their university to be feminist. It first describes some of the events that happened on campus during the Fall 2016 semester. Then, the presentation details polling results and interview responses that the author personally conducted. It concludes with a call to the public to decide for themselves whether Miami University is truly feminist in its entirety.
